Welcome to our first full body strength training yoga bootcamp. This series is designed to be challenging yet approachable as it builds upon itself through each Level. Using your full body weight throughout each class, you’ll tap into familiar and new muscles to strengthen and increase flexibility to bring into your everyday yoga practice. Familiarize yourself with new techniques and movements from the ground up that engage your legs, core, shoulders and back. While this series is best followed in order, each class can also be taken individually. Level 1 courses will introduce standard and unique movements for each part of the body while Level 2 courses will increase momentum for increased strength training. Warning: This is a serious workout and a boot camp for a reason. This series is not recommended for those who have never taken a yoga class.
Format: 10 Day Bootcamp
Level 1 courses are completed one day at a time followed by a day of rest. Repeat those same courses the next 5 days.
Then: Move on to the Level 2 10 Day Boot Camp following the same format.
