Ryan is a mover, motivator and holistic health practitioner who primarily teaches yoga and meditation, but has a lifetimes experience being an athlete, performer, and all-in-all, a mover. He has an in-depth education on the physical and postural practice of yoga, as well as yoga history, philosophy, spirituality, and meditation. He loves to teach the physical and mental benefits of the practice of yoga and the importance of moving our bodies and being active and in developing mental focus, health, and fitness. His messages and methodologies are an integrative approach consisting of: conscious breath and movement, self-discipline and empowerment strategies, developing healthy and positive mental states, as well as, being strong, confident and capable in our bodies. Ryan believes in the rebalancing, healing, and strengthening aspects of the yoga practice and mindful exercising to promote health, happiness and vitality.
