Jordyn Irelan began her yoga practice 7 years ago early on in high school and has been teaching power style classes since July 2019. Her certification was completed through GoYoga in Columbus, Ohio where she received 200 hrs. She will be starting a teacher training for Ashtanga Yoga in 2021 through Ashtanga Yoga Columbus where she eventually plans to teach. She is currently teaching at the GoYoga studios and at Ohio University where she is getting a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. Yoga has changed her life in every way possible and continues to make her grow daily. She has been heavily inspired by a handful of yoga teachers throughout her years of high school and college, where they have shaped who she is today and therefore she wants to be that same inspiration to others. Not only is it wonderful movement and release for her physical body, but more importantly deep inner work (emotionally, mentally, spiritually) to create this indescribable spark and fire in her heart to live a more abundant, vibrant and rich life off her mat.
