Grace Thomas is a 2020 graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion, Nutrition and Exercise Science. While at Ohio State, Grace competed all four years as a Division I athlete in Varsity Cross Country and Track & Field. During this time, she further expanded her knowledge in nutrition, exercise and personal well-being.

Grace is currently continuing her education as a Graduate student at Ohio State in the Masters of Dietetics and Nutrition program, specializing in Sports Dietetics. She works as a Personal Trainer/Coach at Verve, a gym located in the heart of the Short North in Columbus, Ohio. Verve promotes health within a community setting and provides a supportive, guiding and fun atmosphere for everyone to improve their physical fitness. Grace feels at home at Verve, teaching others how to incorporate balance, intuitive exercise, and a healthy mindset into their daily lives. She hopes to bring a lot of positive energy, booty kicking and sweaty workouts to the Bend Fitness Platform and she is beyond excited to be a part of the team!
