Born and raised in Bangkok Thailand, Chan Hemintranont (E-RYT 500) is an experienced yoga teacher, a certified Clinical Ayurveda Specialist and certified Nutritional Therapist. She is a former founder and owner of PAI Yoga and Fitness in Dublin, Ohio. With over 10 years of teaching experience, her approach to Vinyasa flow is creative and rejuvenating. The intention of each class, through breathing technique, is to help students find calmness in their minds, to strengthen the body-mind-soul connection, and to experience a new sense of being, of completeness. Above all, Chan loves having fun during class–and even making people giggle! “If you can laugh in a yoga class,” she says, “you are an advanced student.” During her time at PAI, she was voted one of the best yoga teachers in Columbus. She also led an international yoga retreat in Thailand and co-led many 200-hour yoga teacher training certifications. When not teaching yoga, she guides and provides tools to help her clients live more consciously through diet and lifestyle, as this is the key to disease prevention and a long, healthy, life.
