Alexandra is a certified personal trainer, dental hygienist, wife and a mom. She is certified through International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA) and has been a personal trainer for 5 years. Alexandra enjoys strength training instruction and she also teaches Brazilian jiu jitsu at Brandon’s gym, owned and operated by herself and her husband, in Columbus, Ohio. Alexandra holds a purple belt ranking in BJJ and competed locally and out of state. Alexandra believes that it is very important to have good form when performing workout movements, so she loves one on one training with clients to make sure they have the perfect technique! Outside of fitness, you will find Alexandra spending time with her husband and son or traveling the world. If she could tell you anything at all, it would be to set a goal and run after it with all your might!
