bendFIT is an online video platform that offers on demand yoga, fitness, and mindfulness classes in the comfort of your own home. These classes can be accessed on our website or soon to be free mobile app.
After signing up for a bendFIT membership, you will have full access to the platform’s library of classes. These classes are available to stream on your device for on-the-go practice. More classes will be added every few weeks so you can continue to build upon your practice.
